My mom has been at Auburn Heights Senior Care for 5 years. She loves it here. Her family loves it more! She is treated with love and respect. Staff treat her so kind and loving. Less than a year ago AHDC was sold and the new owner have changed things so much for the better. Staff and clients are happy! Great place for your loved one.
Auburn Heights goes above and beyond to make sure my dad is safe, happy and keeping in touch with us. With COVID lockdowns and not being able to visit in person, they have been offering facetime calls & the SafeHug window! How wonderful it was to hold my dad’s hand through a safe method! Dad has never been social but with encouragement from the activities staff, he enjoys listening to them reading, doing crafts and chair exercise.
My mom has been a resident at Auburn Heights Senior Care for 2 years now. I was worried about how mom was going to adapt to life away from home. From the moment we walked into Auburn Heights, the owner and staff were very communicative. They keep families up to date on everything. The staff love my mom dearly. When mom has decided to come home for a couple days, she misses the staff. They celebrate holidays with activities and decorations. They also celebrate everyone’s birthday with a party and cake, whether they know if it’s their birthday or not! I highly recommend Auburn Heights!”
The staff at Auburn Heights showed my mom so much care & kindness during her final days at Auburn Heights.
Auburn Heights’ residents benefit greatly from a caring staff led by a personable and effective administrator, Kendra Hall. I get the impression that the good qualities of the staff and admin reflect the owner’s values, as well. I am keeping in touch long distance (from NC) with a family member living at Auburn Heights and I’ve been extremely happy with the level of care and communication.
My dad’s health has improved since moving into Auburn Heights. The management team truly cares about how they can improve his well being and have been an integral part in his care discussions with the doctors.
I have lived at Auburn Heights for almost 7 years now and I could not be happier. This is home for me. I can be as independent as I want while still getting the assistance I need. The staff is friendly, caring & dependable, encourage me to join in on activities organized daily.
